Ramsdell Cricket Club holds information concerning members of the club by name, address, email and telephone number.

This information is essential for the efficient running of the club primarily for contacting members to determine their availability to play in club fixtures, the payment and collection of subscriptions and other matters.

The definitive list is held by the Secretary of Ramsdell Cricket Club and is made available to other committee members as and when the need arises.

No information about any club member will be divulged to any person outside the committee who does not have a legitimate reason for such possession.

Any person may request their personal information to be deleted from the club records, however by doing so; they can no longer be contacted for any club related reason.

Members resigning from the Club will have their personal information immediately removed once the resignation becomes effective.
